Zanidean, Kyle It is with profound sadness that the family of Kyle Zanidean announces his passing after courageously facing cancer. Kyle Quenton Zanidean was born on May 3, 1975 to Lori and Nick Zanidean and passed away on March 18, 2018 with his mom by his side. Kyle was born in Medicine Hat, AB and his family lived in Maple Creek, SK and Red Deer, AB before settling in Calgary, AB in 1986. Kyle followed his family'. legacy in the railroad business by becoming a conductor and then an engineer with CP Rail where he worked for 15 years before moving to Fort Saskatchewan to work for RailServe. Kyle was a talented handyman, had an impeccable artistry with wood and a know-how and love for vehicles but his deepest love was for his friends and family and the time he spent with them. Kyle is survived by his mother Lori, his siblings Mariam (Wassim) Haymour, Craig (Lisa) Zanidean, Duane (Jacqueline) Zanidean, his nieces and nephews Aysha, Brianna, Moustafa, Olivia, Claire, Katie, Malek, Aamilah and Tarek and his best friend Michelle Van Ree. Kyle was predeceased by his father Nick Zanidean, his son Cooper Zanidean and his grandparents Joseph and Mary Baird and Ahmed and Fatima Zanidean. A celebration of Kyle's life will be held at Mountain View Funeral home in Calgary on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
