Searching for any information on the above people for a friend of mine. These are his grandparents. I know they had a son born 1928 in Grandby , Notre Dame. Info found on Ancestry through the Drouin Collection.
I believe Ephraim was the son of Amidee Morin and Margarite Prevost, born in Papineauville, January26, 1897 But I would like to know for sure and if possible follow his line backwards.

Just perform a research in the couple section of the Lafrance data base using their two family names and you will find their marriage in 1917. Incidently, Ephrem's parents were not the ones you name!
