Help with name of town in New York.

Hello

Here's the picture of the baptism from the Whitman side of my family. The town in New York looks like it says "Frenchesville". Am I reading this right? Does someone read it different and has anyone heard of this area?

I think he meant to write Frenchville which is in Oneida County, New York.
