Étienne Carpentier Jr.-213424, a priest known as Father Bonaventure Carpentier, who ministered in New Brunswick, Canada then in nearby Bonaventure, Québec, Canada, from 1758-1768. He was recalled to Québec City in 1768 for having fathered a baby (Pierre Duclos) with Marie Duclos (her parents are unknown), an Aboriginal or métis woman.
