Can I access adoption records from 1925 in Montreal ?

Adoption records are not readily available as adoptions were not registered in a systematic centralised way. Some were notarised, most wre just registered by religious organisations...1925 not being 100 years ago adds to the difficulty. Perhaps the folks here https://parentfindersottawa.ca/ could help you.
