Sam Macculloch April 29th 1987 - February 18th 2018 Sam MacCulloch (formerly known as Samantha Ann) passed away on February 18th of an accidental drug related overdose in Toronto. Sam had struggled with drugs and alcohol for most of their adult life and had been in a positive recovery cycle prior to their death. Sam was an amazing person that was liked or loved by all. Their laughter could fill a room. Sam excelled in everything they ever tried, and will be remembered positively by all who knew them. Family members grieving Sam's loss are parents Margaret Sponagle and Sandy MacCulloch (Beth) of Calgary, siblings Kristen (Peter) of Toronto, Amy (Rachel) of Calgary, Steven of Vancouver, Sydney (Daniel) of Calgary, family friend Daniel Sponagle of Toronto and grandparents Helen MacCulloch (predeceased-Scott) of Calgary and Malcolm Sykes (predeceased-Mona) of Kimberley. A Celebration of Sam's life will be held on Wednesday, February 28th at 1:00 pm at the Cranston Community Hall. No flowers or donations are necessary.
